Certificates need an account
You are practising as a guest, so your results stay in this browser and never reach the site. A certificate carries a number that anyone can check against a stored result, which is not possible for a result the site has never seen. Certificates are therefore issued to accounts only.
Log in or create an account, then take a test of 20 WPM or more at 85% accuracy. The result screen will offer you a certificate, and nothing is issued unless you ask for it.

What this certificate is, and is not
A certificate from this site records a real measurement taken during a real test on this website. It is useful as evidence of practice, and many employers are happy to see it alongside an application.
It is not an accredited qualification, and it was not invigilated. Anyone can retake a test until they get a good score, which is exactly why most employers run their own assessment as well. We say so plainly on the certificate itself rather than implying otherwise.
